Shipments

The delivery time is 24 - 72 working hours after the order has been correctly placed. For island destinations and foreign countries the delivery time is 1 - 6 working days.

RITA ROS COLLECTION assumes the shipping cost on orders over 40€ for mainland Spain and on orders over 60€ for mainland Portugal. For the rest, see table of costs below.

Two delivery attempts will be made, if these are unsuccessful, the customer must assume the extra costs that occur, both to make a new delivery and if the package is returned to origin. The couriers have collection points available to customers, the customer must choose the option and the collection point of your choice. When the package collection period has expired, the package will be returned to its origin, in which case the customer will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.

The Customer may select the method of shipment from among those available for his shipping zone. It should be noted that delivery times, quality of service, delivery point and cost will be different for each form of transport. The delivery date at the customer's address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping zone. Any additional cost due to an error on the part of the Customer in the delivery data will be borne by the Customer.

Orders with one or more items in PRE-SALE will not comply with the usual delivery times, in these cases will be reported in the product sheet in question, or in one of its variants if applicable, the estimated delivery time. In case of more than one item in Pre-Sale in the same order, the latest delivery date shall prevail. Orders will be delivered in their entirety, the Seller reserves the right to split deliveries, in which case the Customer will be informed of the estimated date of successive deliveries.

If the delivery of an order requires Customs Clearance and involves collection costs, it is the customer who will be responsible for this cost. Failure to do so, the order will be returned to our facilities and the cost of return will also be borne by the customer. 

Before confirming your order, the customer will be informed about shipping costs and transport times, both indicative, that apply to your specific order. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. In particular:

Transport times may be altered by extraordinary incidents in the carrier and by difficulties in the delivery of the goods.

The shipping costs that appear on the website when placing the order change depending on the destination and the amount of the purchase. In case of a price variation, the Seller will communicate by email to the customer the variation and the customer may choose to cancel the order without being charged any cost.

Orders for which the delivery address is in the UK must be for an amount greater than £135. If the value is less, we will not be able to proceed with the shipment, therefore, they will be cancelled.
