At RITA ROS COLLECTION, we want you to love everything you receive; your satisfaction is our number one priority.

 

If any item you've received doesn't quite meet your expectations, remember that you have the option to return or exchange it.

 

RETURNS

Deadline

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return the package to our facilities. 

Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• For island or international shipments, any applicable customs fees will also be the responsibility of the customer. 

How to request a return

1. Access your customer account.

2. Go to “Order History and Details”.

3. Request your return.

4. Within approximately 24 business hours, you will receive approval and the return form will be available in “Merchandise Returns”.

 

Shipping Options

• Return the item at your own expense to the address provided.

• Delivery to a GLS Parcel Shop (available in selected countries).

• In-store pickup (only with prior authorization).

 

Return rates with GLS (will be deducted from the refund)

 

         Spain Peninsula: €6.50 (NOT available for the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

         Portugal Peninsula: €10.00

·      Austria, Azores, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Deutschland, Estònia, Finland, France peninsulaire, Hungary, Ireland / Eire, Italy peninsula, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madeira, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Sardegna, Sicily, Slovakia, Slovenia: same amount as shipping costs.

 

Refund

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 15 business days from receipt of the return.

• If this is not possible for reasons beyond Rita Ros's control, a discount code for the corresponding amount will be issued. The same applies if the return conditions are not met.

 

Important

• Returns are not accepted in-store without prior authorization.

• Packages sent directly to the store at C/Santaló, Barcelona will not be accepted.

• No se aceptan devoluciones en lockers o puntos de recogida.

• No returns are accepted for: accessories, party supplies, lingerie, or OUTLET/clearance items.

 

EXCHANGES (only available in mainland Spain)

 

You can request an exchange for:

• A different size or variant of the same item

• A different item

 

How to request an exchange

Send an email to info@ritaros.com indicating:

• Order number

• Item to be exchanged

We will reply within 48 business hours with the next steps.

 

Timeframe

15 calendar days from receipt of the order.

 

Service cost

• Exchange with simultaneous collection and new delivery: €6.50

 

Restrictions

Exchanges are not accepted for:

accessories, party supplies, lingerie, or OUTLET/clearance items.

 

ERRORS OR DEFECTS

 

If you receive an incorrect or defective item:

• Write to us at info@ritaros.com as soon as possible.

• Maximum timeframe: 5 days from receipt of the order.

• We will replace it at no additional cost. (same model, size and color)

 

Important:

Claims will not be accepted for items that have been used.
