At RITA ROS COLLECTION, we want you to love everything you receive; your satisfaction is our number one priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with the item you receive, remember that you have the option to return or exchange it.
RETURNS
The deadline for your return package to arrive back to us is 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order.
We manage returns easily.
Request your RETURN from your customer account, under "Order History and Details."
Once accepted by our team, the return form will be available in your personal account within approximately 24 business hours.
You can send your package to the address indicated on it.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original order within 15 business days of receiving the return. If this is not possible for reasons beyond Rita Ros's control, the refund will be issued as a "discount code" for a future purchase, as well as if the return conditions are not met.
Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our team.
All return packages arriving at the store on C/Santaló, Barcelona, will be rejected.
Returns will not be accepted for handbags, scarves, belts, masks, necklaces, hats, accessories, party items, lingerie, and OUTLET or clearance items.
EXCHANGES (only available for mainland Spain)
You can exchange them for another combination of the same item, or for a different item.
To request this, please send us an email to info@ritaros.com, indicating that you would like an exchange, the order number, and the item you wish to exchange. We will respond within 48 business hours with the next steps.
The return period is 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.
You can receive a delivery service for your new order and pick up your return at the same time.
Exchanges will not be accepted for handbags, scarves, belts, masks, necklaces, hats, accessories, party items and clothing, lingerie, and OUTLET or clearance items.
ERRORS AND DEFECTS
If you have received an item by mistake or it has a defect, please notify us as soon as possible at info@ritaros.com. We will arrange for you to be exchanged for the correct item or a completely new one in case of a defect (same model, size, and color).
Errors or defects in items received must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order. Under no circumstances can items that have already been worn be returned.
