From RITA ROS COLLECTION we want you to love everything you receive, your satisfaction is our number one priority.
If any garment that you have received does not convince you, remember that you have at your disposal the option to return or exchange it.
RETURNS
We manage returns easily with REVER. You can request your RETURN from your customer account, in “History and order details”.
The return period is 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.
You can comfortably deposit your return at a delivery point, or return it in person at our store in Barcelona.
The return costs are borne by the customer. The customer will assume the possible extra costs applied by Customs to the return packages.

The refund amount will be made in the same form of payment as the original order.
No returns will be accepted if they arrive by any other means.
No returns will be accepted for handbags, scarves, belts, masks, necklaces, hats, accessories, party items, lingerie and OUTLET or clearance items.
EXCHANGES (only available for Spain peninsula)
If what you want is a CHANGE of size and/or color of the same item, you can manage it through REVER. You can request your EXCHANGE from your customer account, in “History and order details”.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, this service is only available for Spain peninsula.
To request it send us an email to info@ritaros.com, indicating that you want an exchange, the order number and the garment to change, within a maximum period of 48 working hours we will respond with the steps to follow. (Soon also available through REVER).
The deadline for an exchange is 15 calendar days from receipt of order.
For a cost of 6.50€, you have the service of delivery of your new order and collection of your return at the same time.
Exchanges will not be accepted for handbags, scarves, belts, masks, necklaces, hats, accessories, party items, lingerie and OUTLET or clearance items.
ERRORS AND DEFECTS
If you have received a garment by mistake or it has a defect, please let us know as soon as possible to info@ritaros.com, we will exchange it for the correct garment or a completely new one in case of defect (same model, size and color).
Errors or defects in the garments received must be reported within a maximum period of 5 days from receipt of the order, and in no case can garments that have already been used, be claimed.
