Applicable taxes

Purchases to be delivered to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, as well as exports to non-EU countries, will be exempt from VAT.
Method of payment
The method of payment of the Seller's products can be consulted at the time of purchase, being able to choose between the different methods available.
Shipping method, costs and delivery time
The Customer will be able to select the shipping method from among those available for his shipping area. Please note that delivery times, quality of service, delivery point and cost will be different for each shipping method. The delivery date at the customer's address depends on the availability of the chosen product and the shipping zone. Any extra cost due to an error on the part of the Customer in the delivery data will be borne by the Customer.
Orders with one or more items in Pre-Sale will not meet the usual delivery times, in these cases will be reported in the product sheet in question, or in one of its variants if applicable, the estimated delivery time. In case of more than one item in Pre-Sale in the same order, the latest delivery date shall prevail. Orders will be delivered in their entirety, the Seller reserves the right to split deliveries, in which case the Customer will be informed of the estimated date of successive deliveries.
If the delivery of an order requires customs clearance and involves collection costs, it will be the Customer who will be responsible for this cost. Failure to do so, the order will be returned to origin, and the cost of return will also be borne by the Customer.

Before confirming your order, the customer will be informed about shipping costs and transport times, both indicative, that apply to your specific order. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. In particular:

The Seller assumes the cost of shipping on orders over 40 € with delivery in Spain Peninsular. The Seller assumes the shipping cost on orders over 60€ with delivery in Portugal Peninsular.

Orders with destination in the United Kingdom, must be for an amount greater than £135 (shipping costs not included). If the value is lower, the Seller will not be able to proceed with the shipment, and the purchase will be cancelled.
Buyer's Rights and Return Policy
The Seller does not guarantee to its customers the availability or delivery time of the products offered on its website except for products where a specific warranty is expressly mentioned. The catalog shown is merely indicative as manufacturers or distributors do not communicate in advance the stock or guarantee delivery times. This situation prevents the possibility of accurately informing their customers about the availability of the products as well as to guarantee a specific delivery time that, in any case, will depend on the time it takes the manufacturer or distributor to supply the product.
Once the order has been finalized and paid, it will not admit modifications or cancellations.
RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES:
The Customer will have a period of fifteen calendar days (Spain Peninsula) or thirty calendar days (rest of Spain and foreign countries) from receipt of the order until the return package arrives to resolve the contract and make the return of the purchased product. In any case, if the return is made once the product has been sent, the customer will have to pay the transport costs involved. The customer will communicate to the Seller within the stipulated period and via e-mail to info@ritaros.com, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the delivery note and, if applicable, the invoice issued to the Seller, at the Buyer's expense. The Customer of Peninsular Spain will have fifteen calendar days to make an exchange of size, color and / or article for a single cost of 6.50 €, in which, the new garments will be delivered to you and the exchanged garments will be picked up at the same time of delivery.
The customer will be able to return the articles that so permit that have been purchased from the Seller as long as the products have not been used, retain the label and the original packaging. In these cases, The Seller will refund the price of the item in the same method of payment with which the order was placed, within a maximum period of fifteen days. In the event that for reasons beyond the Seller's control, the refund is not possible to the same method of payment, this will be done through a discount coupon for the corresponding amount. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted for handbags, scarves, belts, masks, necklaces, hats, party items, lingerie and outlet or clearance items.
To request a return, the Customer must go to the “MY PURCHASES” section of their personal area, search for the order and select “RETURN PRODUCTS”, the next step will be to indicate the garments to be returned and within 48 hours you will receive a response to your request with instructions to follow.
To request an exchange The Customer must send an email to info@ritaros.com, indicating the name, order number, date of purchase and receipt as well as the garments to be exchanged, within a maximum period of 48 hours will receive a response with instructions to follow. ALL exchanges must be previously requested and approved by the Seller.
The Customer will assume the possible additional costs applied by Customs to the return packages.
If a defective product or a different product from the one ordered by the customer is delivered by mistake of the Seller, it will be withdrawn and the correct product will be delivered without any additional charge to the buyer. Manufacturing defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the order, through an email attaching photographs in which the defect and / or error in the garment is properly appreciated.

The Customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the requested order can be delivered within the usual delivery schedule (Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 18:00). In the event of failure by the Customer to comply with this obligation, the Customer shall have no liability for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the Customer.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Seller is based in Spain, so these Legal Conditions have been drafted under Spanish law and applicable regulations of the European Union. In case of conflict, claims or complaints arising from or related to the use of this website shall be subject to the aforementioned legislation, without prejudice to the principles governing conflicts of laws applicable to each case.
Claims or complaints arising out of or related to the purchase or sale of any of the products on this website shall be resolved by the court of competent jurisdiction located in the Buyer's domicile.
