-I see items in Pre-Sale, what does it mean?

Pre-Sale items are garments that can be purchased in advance, these items have a longer delivery time than usual. If an order contains one or more Pre-Sale items, the entire order will be delivered on the estimated delivery date of the Pre-Sale item with the longest delivery date. The estimated delivery date of a Pre-Sale item appears in the description of that item.

-I want to pay by Bizum but it asks me for a phone number, which one should I enter?

For Bizum payments, the phone number you must indicate is the one linked to the account from which you want to make the payment.

-How can I locate my order?

From the web,  in “locate my shipment”, from a computer is at the top right. You also have all the information about your shipment through an email from the courier, if you do not have it check spam.

-What size do I order?

In the “SIZE” section of each product you have the approximate measures, we recommend comparing the measures of the web with another garment, not on the body itself. The size with the most similar measures, sure it fits you great.

-What I received is not my size or I don't like it, can I return it?

You have at your disposal the return of the product and you will be reimbursed the price of what you return. If you are from mainland Spain, you have the EXCHANGE service, with which you can change a garment received in size, color and / or any available on the web.

-When do I receive the refund of my return?

We try to be as fast as possible, so that you get your money back as soon as we receive the package. Depending on our workload, we are committed to reimburse you within a maximum of 15 calendar days.

-I have received a defective product or it is not what I ordered, what should I do?

We need you to send us a photograph to the email info@ritaros.com in which you can see the defect and / or error within a maximum period of 5 days from receipt of the package. We will make the change as soon as possible without any cost for you.
